Clarissa Lindsey, esq.
As someone who has always approached challenges in an aggressive but compassionate manner, Clarissa knows how to navigate each matter in an effective and determined way. Both in and out of the courtroom, Clarissa advocates fiercely on behalf of her clients facing criminal charges and traffic offenses. She has experience working in both litigation and post-conviction matters and is well versed in the intricacies of criminal law. Clarissa has recently expanded her practice to include estate planning after discovering a new passion for ensuring families and loved ones are best prepared for both the unexpected and the inevitable. Clarissa also holds a strong commitment to human rights and sex work advocacy.
While in law school, Clarissa spent two years as a student attorney with the Innocence Project representing wrongfully convicted individuals. After law school, Clarissa completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable William C. Mulford II of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. She then went on to practice at a prestigious boutique defense firm in Baltimore, Maryland before opening her own practice in her hometown- Annapolis, Maryland.
In her personal time, Clarissa enjoys stand-up comedy, breweries, traveling and spending time with her dogs Harley and Carne.
